1/4 cup butter, room temp
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
6 ounces m&ms (I prefer regular chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 350
Beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda and mix well.
Add peanut butter and mix.
Stir in oats, m&ms.
Place teaspoon full of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown on edges

I usually make a double batch and freeze half of them.
Because they have oatmeal and peanut butter and no flour I like to pretend they are good for me. Go ahead - give it a try. You won't be sorry.
